Shri Charat Nirvan Ji
Born in a village Bhadurpur near Hastinapur , India, Charat has been deeply rooted in the traditional practice of Yoga since the age of seven.He follows the traditional lineage practice based on the works of his Grand Guruji Swami Yogeshwaranand Saraswati (the author of Science of Soul).
He met his Guru shree Rajpal yogacharya in his early childhood , those experiences of yoga lends him a rich perspective on the practices and teachings of yoga. These temples showcase the rich religious and cultural heritage of the region.
Charat has been involved in the teaching of Yoga in India since 1999 and has since travelled beyond India to share his work with pure yoga Singapore and Shanghai for a decade as well teach Yoga in various cities in Asia , Europe, Australia , Canada etc.
He has conducted various retreats and workshops in many countries to impart his extensive knowledge in Yoga Philosophy (such as PataƱjali's Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads etc.), Pranayama and Meditation to numerous students and has since inspired many onto a deeper path of Yoga practice.
Being a dedicated Yoga Practitioner, Charat incorporates the spiritual, philosophical and moral aspects of Yoga as in his classes. His teachings are fun, educational and tailored to the needs of the students , his graduation was in physiotherapy and Master's & PhD is in Yoga

Acharya Vimal Pandey Ji
Vimal is the founder of Atma Jyoti Yoga School. Through his patient, kind and enthusiastic teaching, brings out the full potential of all his students, whatever their level, ability, and previous knowledge of yoga. Students would achieve greater calmness, and a sense of self brought about not only from the physical postures themselves, but by experiencing the true spirit and energy of the posture, through breathing and his compassionate and detailed teaching.
One of the most favored yoga teachers in the Yoga Niketan Ashram located in Rishikesh, he has taught yoga and meditation to thousands of students since 2012. Vimal teaches on a daily basis in the ashram and is able to connect with students from all over the world, having had the privilege of teaching students from across the world including India, Japan, Russia, Europe, UK, Canada and the United States as well as he has good experience of teaching in abroad countries e.g. China, Japan UK, Europe, Thailand, Korea and Nepal.
He is fluent in English, Hindi, Nepali and Sanskrit. Vimal specializes in advanced asanas, pranayama, meditation, and vedic chanting and is also a pundit (Hindu priest) performing puja and mantra chanting. Vimal came to Rishikesh at the age of 13 to study yoga and spirituality.He was at Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh for 10 years from 2004 to 2014 during which time he completed his B.A graduation from the ashram in Sanskrit literature under the guidance of several great masters. He studied yogic science for 2 years at Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar obtaining his master degree in Yogic science.
Shri Milan Ji
Milan ji was an engineer by profession but a life-changing moment arrived when he received a powerful directive from a Himalayan master through a vivid dream. This profound encounter prompted him to make a courageous decision - leaving behind his life in Europe to return to his roots in India, fully dedicating himself to the path of Yoga. For several years, he embarked on transformative travels, delving deep into diverse yoga traditions.
His quest led him to learn Hatha Yoga of the Himalayan lineage, Ashtanga Yoga of Mysore tradition, Tantra Yoga in Thailand, and the art of Nada Yoga. In the lap of the serene mountains, Milan Ji immersed himself in learning Tantric Mysticism, Naga traditions, and Kriya Yoga from enlightened Himalayan masters.
As a resident teacher at ashram, Milan Ji shares his experience with others. His area of expertise lies in teaching yoga philosophy, unveiling the timeless teachings of Patanjali Yoga Sutras, the ancient wisdom of Upanishads, and various other spiritual texts. Beyond theory, Milan Ji actively engages with ashram residents and visitors, guiding them in the art of meditation.
