Ashram living experience for spiritual growth and rejuvenation
This program is being offered 365 days in a year. You may choose to stay for as long as you want. We offer a day-wise package that includes three meals, two yoga sessions, two meditation sessions, and various other spiritual activities led by our experienced teachers.

200 Hours Yoga Teachers Training
(24 days)
This program is being offered in November 2023, February 2024 and March 2024. You may choose any program which suits your timing. 200 Hour Yoga TTC Program
- You get certified by AYUSH ministry, Govt. of India
- You can choose to get Yoga Alliance Certification
- You connect to a traditional ashram tradition for future

This program is being offered in September 2023, October 2023, December 2023, January 2024. You may choose any program which suits your timing. Yoga Retreat program is for those who plan to fo an immersive 7 days yoga retreat with daily yoga, meditation, excursion, additional spiritual sessions from ashram experts.
